Loz Moore
British Army veteran. PTSD survivor. Father. Author. Founder of Cockleshell22 & Nation of Sleepers. Ambassador for Help for Heroes and the Royal British Legion.
From 2006 to 2016, Loz served as an infantry officer in the British Army, leading men on operations in Northern Ireland, Iraq, and Afghanistan. After suffering PTSD, alcohol addiction, and the loss of contact with his children, he rebuilt his life from the ground up. His mission now is the same as it always was — to lead. Not into battle, but back to power. The nation is not broken. It is sleeping. And Loz is here to guide it forward.

Serve to Lead
"The power was never lost. It was sleeping. My job is to show you the way back to it."
Today, Loz runs Cockleshell22 and Nation of Sleepers — a movement built on the belief that the nation is not failing because it is weak, but because too many of its people are yet to awaken to their own power. Like King Arthur sleeping in the cave, the giant stirs when it is called. Loz is here to make that call.
